I had the opportunity to meticulously select interior finishes, choose furnishings, incorporate existing pieces from the owner’s collection, upgrade the lighting, and design the exterior sunken patio—balancing functionality with refined style at every step. Inspired by the modern farmhouse aesthetic popular at the time, I curated a cohesive design that enhances the home’s connection to its serene surroundings, creating a space that exudes modern luxury. This design has played a key role in the home’s success as a highly sought-after short-term rental.
